No ® symbol is affixed to these marks and none may be affixed by a third party. Status of the reference and liability

XRS 001:2026 is a proprietary technical reference. It is not a standard, has no regulatory value, attests to no conformity and dispenses from no legal or normative obligation applicable to respiratory protective equipment. The breathing endurances it states are design indications derived from a model, not medical prescriptions or occupational-safety instructions. The information on this site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind; XALPES LLC cannot be held liable for the consequences of a decision taken on the sole basis of this site or of the reference.

Public register

The register of declarations published on this site contains the elements listed in 6.4 of XRS 002:2026 — declaration number, licensee, commercial designation of the product, level, regime and expiry date — to which the licensee consents by signing the licence contract. Measured values, bills of materials and test reports are not published.
