Declaration in force
The product may carry the marking with the level shown, in the regime shown, until the expiry date. Renewal requires a new sample and a new test report.

Every level shown on a product corresponds to a declaration here — or it is not an XRS level.
The register is the main instrument protecting the scale. It lets any buyer verify that a level printed on a pack matches a real declaration in force, and it publishes withdrawals with their effective date. Measured values, bills of materials and test reports do not appear in it.

The register opens with the first licence. Until then, no product may lawfully carry the XRS marking; any level shown on a product before the first entry in this register is a usurpation.

Entries are published by XALPES LLC upon acceptance of a declaration and updated upon renewal, suspension, withdrawal or expiry. A withdrawal is published with its effective date; products already sold are not recalled under the licence, and a withdrawal for a confirmed level discrepancy forbids any further sale of stock bearing the marking.
Suspended
No new affixing or communication of the level until regularisation — unauthorized wording, missing mandatory mention, pending surveillance procedure or unpaid fees. Products already on the market are not affected.
Withdrawn
The declaration has ended: undeclared substantial modification, confirmed level discrepancy, inaccurate file, use for another product, communication presenting the level as a filtration performance, or end of the licence contract.
Report a marking
If a product shows an XRS level that does not appear in this register, or a wording that the licence prohibits, please send a photograph of the pack and the place of purchase to the Test Laboratory Division. Every report is examined.
